Excessive thirst
# Excessive hunger
# Frequent urination (you wake 3 or more times in the night to urinate)

    You don’t always have all the symptoms to have diabetes. You could have a few or none at all. If you feel that there is something wrong then you should get checked by a doctor and express your concerns and then the doctor will check for such illnesses.

    No! Many type 2 diabetics report that they had none of the symptoms at time of diagnosis. Sometimes this was down to not being aware of the symptoms, not recognising [recognizing, if you're one of my American cousins], seeing the symptoms as being representative of ‘getting older’, etc.
